Stress management is such an important facet of your Circle of Wellness. The stress management techniques range from simple concepts to a rigorous one-half day training using the Demartini Method.

The goal is to have tools to consistently reset your alarm system and to prevent high levels of stress that lead to serious health problems. We know that without stress management, high levels of stress create a chronic condition of adrenal fatigue and even normal daily activities can have a negative impact on health, relationships or quality of life.
